Bulmint’s official statement regarding a series of recently published fake news articles

Bulmint is a corporate group whose reputation has remained impeccable throughout its near 20 years of history, respected by partners and clients from all over the world, an employer of choice with a spotless financial record and ever-upward development.
The success we have accumulated earned us 150th place in a ranking of the largest companies in Bulgaria. Next year, according to our current data, we expect to be in the top 30 of the same ranking – a secure position and enviable result, behind which stands a united and ambitious team of professionals.
In line with its status as a serious company, Bulmint has on several occasions opted not to react to a series of fake news stories.
Due to the fact that the allegations made against Bulmint held no truth whatsoever and the so-called “news” pieces were not published by any media outlet that has signed the Ethical Codex, we decided that there was no reason to release a statement regarding something that has never happened, nor shall it ever happen.
It would appear that our lack of reaction has motivated the anonymous authors and their equally anonymous sources to continue to publish false information.
Out of respect for our partners, clients, employees, and friends, we have made the decision not to leave this act of unprovoked malice and aggression unpunished any longer.
We consider the lack of any truth in the latest piece of fake news yet another attempt to tarnish our reputation with harmful slander, with the intention of affecting Bulmint’s operations and image negatively.
The exceptionally malicious consistency in circulating false information has helped us find legal grounds to take serious action and turn to the appropriate official institutions for aid in the matter.
We would advise the media outlets that publish such news articles to first check the credibility of the information.
We would like to assure you that we will continue to work on all projects and with all our partners, suppliers, and clients, as we have done up until now. We will likewise continue to offer high-quality products at our showrooms in Sofia, Plovdiv, in our online store and worldwide.
