Do gold and silver bars have a certificate?
All gold bars are placed in a special vacuum package, which is also their certificate of authenticity. The back contains information about the weight and purity of the gold, as well as the serial number of the bar. Scanning the unique QR code with the Certieye™ application also authenticates the investment product and its manufacturer. The silver bars are sold with an accompanying quality certificate.
What is the cost of shipping?
We calculate the delivery cost for each order according to the total amount of the products you want to order and the delivery method. Choose delivery to an Econt office or to an address to calculate the final delivery price. You can place an order online and pick it up with free delivery from our showrooms in Plovdiv (24, Otets Paisiy Str.) or in Sofia (1A, Oborishte Str.) by choosing the preferred method in the "Delivery" field.

Does the price of the medals and investment bars include VAT?
All prices for silver products (medals, coins and bars) are VAT inclusive. Gold products (bars and coins) are exempt from VAT under Art. 160 the VAT Act. Only gold medals include VAT in their price.
How can I place an individual order for custom medals and what is the minimum order quantity?
You can contact us to place an individual order. It is necessary to provide a concept design and arrange a meeting with our experts to discuss all the parameters of the order - project, type of product, size, weight, method of production, prices. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
How can I place an order?
You can place your order on our website www.bulmint.com, or you can contact us at +359 889 683 409 (Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00) or at online@bulmint.com. For products with engraving, we accept orders only on the site or through email to ensure the correct spelling of the message. Regardless of the ordering method, you need to provide information about the selected product(s), your names, exact delivery address (or Econt office) and a telephone number. Our colleague will contact you to confirm the order and inform you of the delivery date.
What types of payments do you accept?
You can choose among cash on delivery, online credit/debit card payment or bank transfer. When making a bank transfer payment, we will issue you an invoice to make the payment, and we will send the products once we have received the amount into our bank account.
How to store and protect my investment bars?
The integrity of the packing of gold and silver bars mustn't be compromised. Otherwise, they may lose some of their investment value. The packaging, in addition to protecting the precious metal, is also their certificate of authenticity. When you get your bars, you should also think about where you will store them. It is important that they are in a place with low humidity and not exposed to high temperatures. Home safes are a good option. If you own larger quantities of gold, you might consider renting a safe where your bars will also be safe.
What are the buy-back terms of investment bars?
